This is my story. It was the year 1998 and I had found a recent picture of myself. As I looked at the picture, I realized how thin my hair had become and I looked a lot older than I was. At about this same time I saw an advertisement for “Hair Response Inc.” which specializes in hair loss solutions. I immediately made an appointment for a consultation. This consultation changed my life. It was truly an education and I learned that wearing a hairpiece is not about vanity. It is about confidence in how I look to myself. At that time, it was determined that a customized topical human hair piece would do just that. Now my journey had begun. Hair Response would provide all the resources needed to color and cut my hair to blend with the piece. Their excellent staff was on this journey with me. I was so pleased with how natural it looked and how well it blended with my own hair. The added bonus – I looked younger! My hair piece became part of my lifestyle. Each morning I put it on, and I do not take it off until the evening. Mission accomplished. I am confident in how I look to myself.

Unfortunately, in 1999 my husband’s company transferred us to Salt Lake City, Utah. I was confident and secure in wearing a hairpiece and I was hopeful, that I could find a salon in Salt Lake City that would provide the excellent services that Hair Response provided. In 2013 my husband and I retired back to the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and I was delighted to be reunited with Hair Response Inc. I learned an important lesson, sometimes you need a little help from your friends and the excellent staff at Hair Response Inc. are those friends.

These ladies have truly changed my life. Before I got my first hair piece (I have had several), I was very self conscious. I would try and flip my own hair around to cover up my thinning hair and baldness. It was not very successful. When I first came in, they were so kind and welcoming. I have purchased several pieces and love them all. Amy, Laura and Sandra have truly changed my life. I no longer feel self-conscious going in front of people. I am forever greatful for these ladies and Hair Response. They have changed my life. Love these ladies! These pieces are of excellent quality. People comment how beautiful my hair is. If I mention that it is a hair piece they are blown away. Love, love, love them.
